My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there were some issues with the air conditioning. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some minor hiccups. The location was convenient and central, but had a slightly impersonal touch. Dining options were good, especially after hours. The facilities were generally decent, with room for improvement in some areas.

My stay at the Embassy Suites was wonderful. The room was spacious and quiet, and surprisingly, it was a handicap accessible room even though I'm not handicapped. The service was exceptional, with the staff being kind, respectful, and always ready to help. The location in downtown is perfect, right on Sundance Square, but the room had a mildew smell which was unpleasant. The dining experience was enjoyable with a great variety of items, yet it could be improved with more options like yogurts and fruits.

The hotel had a few drawbacks, like not having AC in the room despite notifying the staff; the room felt spacious but somewhat claustrophobic with limited natural light and cleanliness concerns. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly and eager to ensure a pleasant stay. However, the lack of proper lighting and cleanliness issues affected the overall room experience.
